We work with a variety of materials including steel, aluminum, brass, bronze, rubber, and many kinds of plastic.
We primarily focus on parts used in machinery at packing plants. This includes a wide variety of shafts, knives, temperature probes, heating coils, gaskets, bushings, pins, slides, tapes, and...phew! The list goes on and on and on and on. Give us a call and we will help you find what you need.
We began serving packing plants over 33 years ago, and now serve the majority of the top packing plants in North America. Our reputation for quality and availability at affordable prices established us decades ago, and it is what keeps us going strong today.
We strive VERY hard to keep all of our products stocked in our warehouse. If you are expecting a larger-than-usual order, then it is helpful to give us a few weeks of lead time, otherwise we normally ship everything out the same day we receive your order.
If you have a new part that you would like to us to evaluate and produce, then the standard lead time is 4-8 weeks to develop blueprints and manufacture it.
Yes, we can work with you to create a solution tailored to your specific needs. That said, our business model relies on identification of parts that can be cross-sold to a variety of customers to help keep our overhead low. For that reason, we may not be the best choice if you are looking for a one-off project, but we would be happy to refer you to some amazing people who do specialize in that.
Well, for one thing we are really wonderful and friendly people. Seriously! In addition to that, we recognize that there are three primary factors you are considering when switching from an OEM to after market: In order of importance, they are quality, availability, and affordability. We check the box and then some on all three, and stand by our products. Why? Because we are proud of what we do and who we serve. We keep meat packers packing, plain and simple.
