130mm Separator 3.0mm BC Blind

The Speco 130mm VeMag Separator Plate (OEM #982.653.002) is designed for use with Vemag 130mm grinding systems equipped with bone-separation capability, including Type 982/983 grinder attachments on Vemag vacuum fillers. The plate features a closed-center blind configuration and 3.0mm perforations consistent with bone collector applications.

During the grinding process, the 3.0mm openings allow processed meat to pass through while the bone collector blind design retains bone chips, sinew, and hard fragments for removal. This separation function supports product consistency and helps reduce the presence of unwanted hard material in the finished grind.
