130mm Ring Blade, Spec 1in w/ 4/4 blade

This ring-shaped cutting element is designed for use in Vemag's double-cut (DC) inline grinding system, compatible with Vemag 130 mm inline grinder attachments configured for vacuum stuffers and fillers in the HP series product line. It functions as a primary cutting component within the grinding head assembly, working in conjunction with the grinder plate to process product during operation.

The 8-arm configuration, designated as a 4/4 design, consists of four full arms and four half arms that engage the grinder plate to produce consistent, uniform particle size throughout the grind cycle. This geometry supports reliable cutting performance across a range of meat and food processing applications, including sausage, salami, pepperoni, fresh products, and convenience line production.

The component supports integrated processing operations in which filling, portioning, and grinding are performed in a single continuous pass. It is intended as a direct-fit replacement for the corresponding position within the Vemag Separation grinder 982 and compatible DC grinding head configurations.
