Seal Assy

This mechanical seal assembly is designed for use in Metalquimia brine and marinade injection equipment, including models within the Movistick series. It is engineered to function within the injector's pump or cylinder assembly, where reliable sealing performance is required under sustained operational demands.

The seal prevents fluid leakage around moving shafts or pistons within the brine pumping mechanism. It is constructed to maintain pressure integrity throughout repeated high-pressure injection cycles, ensuring marinade or brine does not escape during the injection process.

Compatible with Metalquimia injection systems that operate by spraying brine at constant pressure through multiple-hole needle arrays for use with boneless and bone-in meat products including pork, beef, and poultry. The seal assembly meets the functional requirements of food-grade pressurized environments typical of industrial meat processing applications.
