This aftermarket cutting blade is designed for use within Tiromat rollstock thermoforming and tray sealing packaging lines. It performs slitting, cross-cutting, or trimming operations on packaging film and laminate materials as part of the standard packaging cycle.

The blade features a serrated, tapered profile that produces a sawing action during the cut, making it well suited for working through plastic film and multi-layer laminate rather than a conventional shear cut. This geometry is consistent with the demands of high-cycle food packaging environments where reliable film separation is critical.

Installation is achieved via two mounting holes for bolt-on attachment to a compatible knife holder assembly, allowing for straightforward replacement within the existing cutting station. The blade is compatible with Tiromat-platform machines now marketed under CFS/GEA branding.
