The Marlen OEM # 1139-427 is a quad ring seal designed for use in Marlen vacuum stuffers and pumps, including the Opti 100 and Opti 200 series twin-piston vacuum stuffers. The material meets FDA compliance requirements, making it suitable for direct food contact applications in meat and food processing environments.

The four-lobed profile generates two concentric sealing lines per side, providing higher seal efficiency and lower friction than a standard O-ring of equivalent size. This geometry maintains vacuum and pressure integrity throughout the pumping and stuffing cycle while preventing product leakage at critical sealing interfaces.
