130mm 6.0mm HP 1.175in Thick

This 6.0mm extra-thick grinder plate is designed for use in Vemag 130mm grinder head assemblies, functioning as either an intermediate or finish plate depending on the grinding configuration. It is compatible with Vemag vacuum fillers such as the HP-E and Robot 500 equipped with a grinding attachment, as well as standalone units including the Vemag Separation Grinder 982.

The plate operates in conjunction with rotating cutter knives, forcing meat through 6.0mm holes under pressure to produce a medium-coarse particle size. This output is well suited for applications including coarse sausage, ground beef, and pet food production.

At 1.175 inches thick, the extra-thick construction extends service life and supports use in high-pressure or double-cut grinding setups where standard-thickness plates may not provide adequate durability.
