The 130mm × 4.0mm Separator Plate / No Center (Vemag # 982 474 005) is a precision-machined grinding component engineered for use with Vemag 130mm separation grinding systems, including the Separation Grinder 982 and compatible grinder attachments on HP-series vacuum fillers. The centerless, or blind, plate design is a functional element of Vemag's separation grinding process, directing product flow to achieve simultaneous fine grinding and foreign-material separation within a single pass.

Unlike perforated plates with open centers, the blind center configuration retains hard inclusions such as bone fragments, sinew, gristle, and cartilage rather than allowing them to pass through with the ground product. These materials are instead diverted to the system's waste discharge port, keeping the output stream free of unwanted particles throughout continuous operation.

The 4.0mm hole diameter produces a fine particle grind suitable for emulsified sausage applications, including hot dogs and other finely ground meat products requiring a smooth, consistent texture.
